Dietary Team

Our dietary* team is responsible for delivering top-notch dining experiences for The Morrison Communities’ residents. Dietary positions include chefs, servers and dishwashers.


Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Food preparation
  • Cooking
  • Menu planning
  • Washing dishes
  • Serving
  • Stocking
  • Deep-cleaning tasks

*note: Dietary team members must be at least 16 years of age.

Life Enrichment Team

Every day is an adventure for our life enrichment* department! Team members plan and implement meaningful social, mental, emotional and religious opportunities to meet the needs and interests of our residents.


Examples of life enrichment activities include:

  • Off-campus trips
  • Holiday events
  • Pet therapy
  • Craft projects
  • Religious services
  • Tea socials
  • Musical concerts

*note: Life enrichment team members must be at least 18 years of age.

Nursing Care Team

The care team is an integral part of our community and includes licensed staff, like RNs, LPNs and LNAs, and also personal care assistants. This team ensures residents at The Morrison Communities receive the care they need to help improve their quality of life.

Licensed* team members: RNs, LPNs, LNAs

  • Medical administration
  • Admissions
  • Transferring
  • Discharging
  • Charting and reporting
  • Communication with oncoming staff

*note: Active New Hampshire licenses are required for the above positions.

Personal care assistants*
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Helping with meal services
  • Tidying rooms
  • Passing medications (training provided)

*note: Personal care assistants must be at least 18 years of age.

Housekeeping Team

The housekeeping team keeps our communities visually appealing, clean and fresh. Housekeeping staff at The Morrison Communities maintain high standards of cleanliness, work in a fast-paced environment and pay close attention to details.


Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Vacuuming
  • Dusting
  • Mopping
  • Tidying common areas
  • Cleaning resident rooms
  • Emptying trash cans
  • Cleaning bathrooms

Laundry Team

The laundry department ensures resident clothing and linens are cleaned and appropriately tagged. The team also washes linens used in our dining rooms.


Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Sorting
  • Washing and drying
  • Pressing and folding
  • Removing stains
  • Tagging resident laundry

Maintenance Team

The maintenance team handles a variety of tasks to keep our campuses running smoothly. Residents and departments rely on the maintenance staff to efficiently fix and repair many different items to ensure the residents’ safety and well-being.


Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Refurbishing and renovating
  • Basic repairs
  • Technical support
  • Landscaping
  • Snow removal
  • Ensuring buildings meet all state and federal safety codes
  • Painting
  • Hanging pictures
  • Changing light bulbs
