Cottages
Starting at $3,625 per month
Two-bedroom, two-bathroom cottages offer the privacy of a home, with full-size kitchen appliances, garbage disposal, carpeting, washer and dryer, individual heating and cooling systems in the living room and bedrooms, and an oversized one-car garage. Residents also enjoy concierge services and sweeping mountain views.
Independent Living
Apartments
Starting at $3,675 per month
Private, single-level living space in Summit House, the main building on campus. Available in one- and two-bedrooms, with some two-bedroom apartments including a den. All apartments include full kitchens, private bathrooms, large closets, washer and dryer, and nine-foot ceilings with radiant heat and soundproofing between apartments. All utilities included. Reserved parking.
