Summit by Morrison Assisted Living
Summit by Morrison understands that a one-size fits all approach does not provide the care or level of independence that a resident deserves. This is why we provide two assisted living communities: Assisted Living and Enhanced Assisted Living.
Studio apartments with a kitchenette and private bathroom are available in each community along with access to a common living area and dinning room. Individualized care plans are made to ensure all residents receive the highest quality of care and can be adjusted at any time depending on each resident’s needs. Our caring and compassionate staff are available 24 hours a day to assist with activities of daily living, such as dressing, bathing and medication management
The following services are included in the monthly accommodation fee for both communities:
- medication management,
- assistance with activities of daily living
- care plans
- transportation assistance
- utilities, including Wi-Fi, basic cable, and local phone with two hours long distance
- flat linens
- all meals and snacks
An Enhanced Care Fee applies to both communities. This covers additional medical assistance that a resident may need, such as ostomy management, wound care, post-operative care, and nebulizer or oxygen treatments. As a result, residents only pay for the care they need.
Monthly accommodation fee: $4,650
This community is an excellent option for individuals without memory challenges and who need minimal assistance with activities of daily living.
Enhanced Assisted Living
Monthly accommodation fee: $5,800
Enhanced Assisted Living is a wonderful choice for those with mild to moderate dementia or other chronic health issues who need enhanced cognitive support or moderate to extensive assistance for activities of daily living (ADLs). ADLs include, but are not limited to, bathing, grooming, dressing, and cueing.
This specialized community helps to empower our residents to achieve optimal well-being in support of The Morrison Communities mission. Our philosophy of providing the right environment for one to age in place not only provides care and security to the resident, but to their loved ones as well.
